To coordinate and address patient queries over call.

Core Responsibilities:

• Attending the customer query.
• Communicating with the customer and recommending health package
• End-to-end ownership for managing patients convenience and ensuring gold standard experience.
• Booking appointments for patients for various locations.
• Eliciting customer feedback and handling customer complaints maturely.
• Interacting with customers on chat for any inquiry or request.
• Maintaining the brand standard.
• Giving the customer a delightful overall experience.
