About this role
Responsibilities
• Schedule and confirm OPD appointments across all clinic locations
• Book OT slots and coordinate surgery dates with partner hospitals
• Share pre-op instructions, investigation lists and admission details with patients
• Handle insurance pre-authorization, TPA follow-ups and cashless approvals
• Coordinate pre-anaesthesia check-ups and fitness clearances
• Arrange admission, bed booking and discharge paperwork with hospital desks
• Send appointment and surgery reminders by call and WhatsApp
• Schedule post-op follow-ups and dressing visits
• Keep the doctor's daily calendar updated and flag any clashes
• Maintain patient records, surgery trackers and billing estimates
• Answer patient queries politely and escalate clinical questions to the doctor
