Job Overview

We are looking for a Patient Coordinator to manage patient interactions and ensure smooth coordination throughout their visit. The role involves assisting patients, coordinating with doctors and internal teams, and ensuring a positive patient experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with patients regarding appointments, consultations, treatments, and follow-ups.
• Welcome and assist patients during their visit.
• Guide patients regarding treatment procedures, schedules, and required documentation.
• Coordinate with doctors, therapists, reception, and other departments.
• Handle patient queries and resolve basic concerns professionally.
• Follow up with patients regarding appointments and treatment schedules.
• Maintain accurate patient records and update relevant information.
• Coordinate patient flow and help minimize waiting time.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with patients through calls or messages.
• Escalate complex patient concerns to the concerned senior/department.
• Maintain daily reports and records as required.
