Patient Caller (US Healthcare RCM)

We are looking for Patient Callers to join our US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) team. The role involves interacting with patients regarding outstanding balances, payment arrangements, account inquiries, and providing excellent customer support.

Candidates with AR Calling experience and strong communication skills are also encouraged to apply, as their experience in handling insurance follow-ups and healthcare processes will be valuable in this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact patients regarding outstanding balances and payment-related inquiries.
• Explain billing details, payment options, and account status.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient interactions.
• Ensure professional and courteous communication with patients.
• Meet quality and productivity targets.
• Coordinate with internal teams for account resolution.

Requirements

• Any Graduate.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in Patient Calling or Customer Service is preferred.
• Candidates with AR Calling experience and excellent communication skills can also apply.
• Basic understanding of US Healthcare RCM will be an added advantage.
• Willingness to work in US shifts.

• Ability to handle patient conversations professionally.
• Knowledge of healthcare billing processes is an advantage.
