Patient Appoitnment Scheduler RCM-

Handle inbound and outbound patient calls for appointment scheduling, rescheduling, and cancellations.
Verify patient demographics, insurance information, and eligibility.
Update and maintain accurate patient information in EHR/EMR systems.

Required Candidate profile

3–6 years US Healthcare Patient Scheduling experience, strong scheduling & patient calling skills, excellent communication, able to handle high-volume calls, and willing to work US/night shifts daily.
