Role Overview

We are seeking experienced Medical Coders specializing in Pathology Coding (Spine & OBGyne). The ideal candidate will ensure accurate coding in compliance with industry standards, demonstrate strong analytical skills, and thrive in a fastpaced workfromhome environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and analyze pathology reports to assign accurate medical codes (ICD10, CPT, HCPCS).
• Ensure compliance with official coding guidelines and payer requirements.
• Collaborate with physicians, auditors, and billing teams to resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain uptodate knowledge of coding regulations and industry updates.
• Document coding activities for audits and compliance reviews.
