Patent Prosecution Associate
Experience: 2-5 years
Location: Delhi, Gurgaon, Mumbai, Bangalore, Kolkata, Chennai
We're hiring for a leading IP law firm. If you have a technical background and patent prosecution experience, this could be for you.
Qualification
BTech / MTech / BE / ME / MSc in Computer Science, Electronics & Communication, IT or Electrical Engineering
What we're looking for:
1. Working knowledge of the Patents law
2. Experience in patent prosecution, including drafting responses to First Examination Reports (FER)
3. Basic knowledge of drafting claims and specifications
4. Strong technical grounding in your engineering domain
