Manage spare parts distribution, availability, and order fulfillment.

Coordinate warehouse activities including picking, packing, and dispatch.
Process and verify customer orders for accuracy and timely execution.
Track pending, urgent, and backordered parts and follow up for timely delivery.
Maintain records of orders, inventory, dispatches, and pending requirements.
Support stock verification, inventory reconciliation, and stock control activities.
Resolve issues related to parts availability, identification, quantity, and order fulfillment.
Provide customers and internal teams with regular order status and delivery updates.
Identify opportunities to improve inventory availability, order fulfillment, and customer satisfaction. Role & responsibilities
