Role Purpose

To manage end-to-end procurement and fulfillment for multi-brand parts, ensuring efficient sourcing, timely availability, cost control, and reliable delivery to support business operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and onboard suppliers to expand parts availability
• Manage purchase orders, logistics, and inventory operations
• Ensure timely fulfillment of distributor and dealer requirements
• Build and maintain database for in-house and aftermarket parts
• Create part numbers, catalogues, and pricing in coordination with costing team
• Align procurement and fulfillment activities with business needs
• Monitor stock levels and ensure optimal inventory control
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for smooth operations
• Improve sourcing efficiency and cost optimization
• Ensure compliance with company processes and quality standards

Requirements

Qualification:

• Graduate Engineer (Mechanical / Automobile)

Experience:

• 3-5years in automobile industry (Parts / Sales / Aftermarket)

Functional Skills:

• Auto parts knowledge
• Inventory & warehouse management
• Sourcing and vendor management
• Costing and pricing

Behavioral Skills:

• Strong team player
• Customer-focused with good communication skills
• High ownership and accountability

Technical Skills:

• SAP / ERP systems
• MS Office (Excel, reports, tracking)
