Job Title : Parts Catalogue Management (Automotive Domain)

Experience : 3 to 5 years

Location : Pune

Required Skills:

1. Parts Catalogue Management

Create, update, and maintain accurate electronic parts catalogues (EPC) with correct part numbers, descriptions, supersessions, and illustrations.

2. Technical Data Validation

Verify BOMs, engineering changes (ECNs), VIN applicability, part interchangeability, and technical specifications before catalogue release.

3. Engineering & Product Coordination

Work closely with Engineering, Product Development, and Suppliers to ensure timely updates for new models, facelifts, and part revisions.

4. Catalogue Quality & Accuracy –

Ensure high data accuracy, eliminate duplicate or incorrect part information, and support dealer queries related to part identification.

5. Continuous Improvement & Digital Support –

Improve catalogue usability, support SAP/EPC integration, implement process automation, and ensure timely catalogue releases to enhance dealer service and parts availability.
