THINGS YOU’LL DO IN THIS ROLE:

Lead on winning a wide range of project developers

Support other team members on winning top priority project developers

Own team-wide processes, such as triaging inbound leads and supplier onboarding. You will be responsible for running these effectively as well as improving how they work over time (leveraging AI tools).

Isometric champion — represent Isometric at events and in front of key partners across different platforms and geographies
THINGS WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

Strong motivation to work on climate and carbon removal, with a willingness to dive into complex topics

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and proactive about getting things done

Highly proficient with AI tools like Claude Code or Claude Cowork

Clear and confident communicator — able to break down technical concepts to non-expert audiences

Desirable: Prior experience in startups and/or technical sectors (e.g. finance, law, software)

Desirable: STEM background
