About the Role

We're hiring a Manager / Senior Manager – Partnerships & Alliances to build, manage, and scale strategic partnerships that drive revenue, market expansion, and customer acquisition. This is a senior, high-impact role that blends strategy with hands-on execution — from negotiating agreements with partner leadership to enabling partner sales teams and driving joint go-to-market. You'll design the right model for each partnership: referral, reseller, co-sell, marketplace, or technology integration.

What You'll Do

- Identify, evaluate, and onboard strategic partners; build a prioritised engagement roadmap

- Develop partnership business plans, GTM strategies, and revenue targets; structure commercial models and agreements

- Own the full partner lifecycle — onboarding, enablement, joint business planning, scorecards, and QBRs

- Drive partner-sourced pipeline and co-selling, ensure accurate CRM attribution, and forecast partner revenue

- Work with Product and Engineering to deliver platform integrations and marketplace listings, and drive adoption

- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Legal, and Operations, and enable internal teams on partner offerings

- Track industry trends and competitor partnerships, and bring market insights to leadership

What We're Looking For

- 5–12 years in Partnerships, Alliances, Business Development, Channel Sales, or Strategic Accounts; MBA preferred

- Proven track record of building partnerships from scratch and scaling them to meaningful revenue

- Experience with HR tech, SaaS, System Integrator, consulting, or B2B channel ecosystems is a strong plus

- Commercial sharpness to structure and negotiate partnership agreements across models

- Strong program management, executive communication, and ability to influence without direct authority

- High ownership mindset — you treat partner revenue as your own P&L
