Key Responsibilities

Partner Relationships Manager

• Own activation, engagement, and retention for assigned partners.
• Run regular check-ins; manage escalations on case processes, credit decisions, TAT and fee

settlements.

• Track disbursements, portfolio quality, and SLA adherence per partner.
• Ensure Partner engagement via specially designed programs and activities.

Growth

• Drive disbursement targets; build activation plans for underpenetrated partners.
• Identify upsell opportunities top-ups, repeat cycles, product extensions.
• Implement partner-specific loan programs with Credit and Product where viable.

Operations & Case Tracking

• Track every partner application from login to disbursal zero cases unaccounted for.
• Maintain trackers for case status, aging, pendencies and rejection reasons.
• Coordinate with Credit Ops, Legal, and Disbursement; follow up on PDD completion.

SOP Design & Implementation

• Build and roll out SOPs covering onboarding, document standards, login protocol, escalation, and fee

settlement.

• Train partner teams on login quality, documentation, and credit policy guardrails.

Analytics & Coordination

• Publish a weekly internal Partnerships Dashboard logins, approvals, disbursements, TAT,

pendencies.

• Share partner-facing MIS on a regular cadence; coordinate on fee payouts and compliance.
• Feed partner friction points and market intelligence back to internal teams.

What We're Looking For

• 14 years in partnerships, BD or channel management.
• Operationally sharp — comfortable with trackers, SOPs and case-level follow-ups.
• Strong relationship skills; able to own external conversations independently.
• Data-driven; strong communication in English and Hindi.
• MBA a plus.

What Success Looks Like

• Consistent disbursal growth from the partner portfolio with low attrition.

• All partners on documented, trained and adhered-to SOPs.
• Zero aged cases past TAT without a documented reason and escalation.
• Daily, Weekly and Monthly MIS published on time, every time. Measurable improvement in login-to-

disbursal conversion.
