Partnership Manager

Position Overview:

The Partnership Manager will be responsible for developing, managing, and executing strategic partnership initiatives that align with our company's business objectives. This role requires a dynamic and resourceful leader who can identify and cultivate relationships with key partners,drive revenue growth, and enhance the company's market presence through strategic alliances.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Planning and Execution:

-Develop and implement partnership strategies that align with the company's overall business goals.

-Identify and evaluate potential partners, including technology providers, industry associations,and other strategic entities.

-Lead negotiations and manage the execution of partnership agreements.

• Relationship Management:

-Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners to ensure long-term success.

-Act as the primary point of contact for partners, addressing any issues and ensuring mutualbenefits.

-Facilitate regular communication and collaboration with partners to identify and pursue new opportunities.

• Market Analysis and Research:

-Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape.

-Analyze and report on the effectiveness of partnerships, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration:

-Work closely with internal teams such as sales, marketing, product development, and customer support to ensure partnership initiatives are integrated and aligned with overall business

objectives-Coordinate with legal and finance teams to ensure compliance and proper management of partnership agreements.

• Performance Management:
• -Set and track partnership goals and KPIs to measure success and impact.

-Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on the status and performance of partnerships.
