Job Description:
We are looking for a Partner Success Manager who can turn partnerships into a predictable, scalable growth engine.
This is not a relationship management role. This is a revenue ownership role.
What You Will Own:
- Own and deliver channel-driven revenue targets with predictable pipeline
- Build and scale a high-performing ecosystem of VARs, MSPs, MSSPs, and System Integrators
- Recruit and activate partners that can generate and close opportunities
- Expand distributor relationships to increase market reach and deal flow
- Drive partner-led pipeline creation and improve conversion across the funnel
- Improve deal velocity, win rates, and overall funnel health
- Enable partners with training, certifications, and sales plays that drive revenue
- Lead co-marketing initiatives and joint GTM programs that generate measurable demand
- Maintain accurate forecasts and strong pipeline visibility
- Ensure CRM discipline, reporting accuracy, and structured sales governance
- Align with distributors on demand planning and execution.
What Makes You a Fit:
- 3 to 5 years in IT or cybersecurity sales
- 2+ years managing partner or channel ecosystems
- Strong network across VARs, MSPs, MSSPs, or System Integrators
- Experience selling endpoint, XDR, SIEM, or cloud security solutions
- Proven ability to drive revenue through partners
