About this role
The Regional Food Beverage (FB) Manager is responsible for overseeing the FB operations across multiple locations within a defined region. This management role requires strategic oversight of the FB performance, driving operational excellence, ensuring consistency in service and quality, and implementing corporate policies and procedures across all outlets. The Regional FB Manager works closely with local managers to maximize profitability, maintain high standards, and enhance customer satisfaction across multiple properties.
Regional Operations Management:
- Oversee the FB operations for all outlets within the assigned region, ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning.
- Standardize operational procedures across all locations to ensure consistency in food quality, service, and customer experience.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of each outlet, ensuring compliance with company standards and operational targets.
- Collaborate with local FB managers to streamline processes, solve operational challenges, and optimize performance.
Staff Leadership Development:
- Lead and mentor FB managers at each location, providing guidance, coaching, and professional development.
- Assist with recruitment, training, and performance management of local FB teams to ensure alignment with company objectives and service standards.
- Organize training sessions and workshops to improve team skills, with a focus on leadership, customer service, and operational knowledge.
- Foster a collaborative environment, encouraging open communication and teamwork across regional FB teams.
- Conduct regular visits to each location to provide support, evaluate team performance, and ensure company culture is upheld.
Budgeting, Cost Control Financial Oversight:
- Develop and manage the regional FB budget, ensuring cost control and profitability across multiple outlets.
- Oversee local financial operations, ensuring each location meets financial goals (e.g., revenue, food costs, labor costs).
Customer Experience Satisfaction:
- Ensure that all locations consistently deliver exceptional guest experiences that reflect the brands standards.
Strategic Planning Reporting:
- Develop regional strategies and action plans to achieve corporate goals, such as increasing sales, reducing costs, and enhancing customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and present regular reports to senior management on regional performance, including financial reports, sales trends, and operational challenges.
- Set performance targets for FB managers and locations, and provide guidance on meeting those goals.
Compliance Health Safety:
- Ensure all locations adhere to health, safety, and food hygiene regulations, as well as company policies and industry standards.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to monitor food safety, cleanliness, and compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
- Manage and ensure proper training for FB teams on safety, hygiene, and emergency procedures.
