Our Opportunity
Automation Anywhere is redefining how enterprises work through Agentic Process Automation (APA) — AI-native agents that automate complex, end-to-end business processes. Our partner ecosystem is central to how we reach and serve global enterprises, and we are looking for a Partner Solutions Engineer to be the technical cornerstone of that motion. In this role, you will work directly alongside our Global System Integrator (GSI) and regional SI/VAR partners to win strategic deals at the intersection of ITSM and Agentic Automation. You are not a back-office resource — you are the most senior AA technical voice in the room on partner-led opportunities, guiding both the partner and the customer to a successful technical close.
You Will Make an Impact By Owning Technical Success in Partner-Led Deals: Lead technical strategy and execution on high-priority ITSM and APA opportunities sourced and co-sold through GSI and regional SI/VAR partners — from discovery and architecture through POC and close.
Serve as the definitive Automation Anywhere technical authority in partner-led customer engagements, ensuring solutions are designed for business impact, not just technical correctness.
Co-develop tailored solution architectures that integrate Automation Anywhere's APA platform with other platforms, demonstrating clear ROI and measurable outcomes for enterprise customers.
Driving Deal Strategy: Position AA's agentic automation capabilities including AI agents, LLM-powered workflows, and intelligent document processing within transformation narratives that resonate with both business and IT stakeholders.
Design and lead compelling POCs and technical workshops that accelerate partner deal cycles and validate AA as the platform of choice.
Provide competitive technical advocacy in deals, equipping partners with the differentiated positioning needed to win against competitors.
Elevating Partner Technical Capability: Coach and mentor partner SEs on deal strategy, solution design, and demo best practices. Raise the quality of the partner-led technical motion without taking the wheel away from them.
Build and contribute to partner-ready solution assets: reference architectures, use case playbooks, integration blueprints, and battlecards.
Serve as the escalation point for complex technical challenges that exceed partner SE capacity, ensuring no deal is lost due to technical gaps.
Operating as a Strategic Voice: Engage C-suite and senior IT leadership at customer organizations, articulating the strategic value of an AI-native automation platform within enterprise ITSM and service delivery transformation.
Represent Automation Anywhere at partner events, QBRs, and industry forums, reinforcing Automation Anywhere's thought leadership in Agentic Automation and ITSM.
Channel partner and market intelligence: competitive signals, technology gaps, emerging use cases and back into AA's product, alliance, and go-to-market teams.
Architecting Scalable Partner Solutions: Design reusable solution frameworks and integration patterns that enable GSI and regional SI partners to replicate AA value across their customer portfolios — multiplying deal impact beyond direct engagement.
Stay at the forefront of agentic AI, LLM orchestration, RAG, and MCP standards, translating emerging capabilities into concrete partner-ready solutions.
You Will Be a Great Fit If You Have 10+ years of overall professional experience, with 5+ years in pre-sales, solutions engineering, or solution consulting roles at an enterprise software or SaaS company.
Hands-on experience with ITSM platforms including integration patterns, workflow design, and the broader technology landscape.
Demonstrated experience working within a partner or channel motion: co-selling alongside GSIs, regional SIs, VARs, or system integrators, and understanding how to win through partners rather than independently.
Proven expertise with enterprise automation platforms - Automation Anywhere, UiPath, Blue Prism, or equivalent including the ability to build and demonstrate production-quality automations and agentic workflows.
Fluency in the broader enterprise application ecosystem: SAP, Salesforce, Oracle, ServiceNow, Workday, and their integration within automation architectures.
Working knowledge of agentic AI concepts: LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering, AI agent frameworks, and how they apply to enterprise automation use cases.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degrees and platform certifications (AA, UiPath, ServiceNow) are a plus.
Ability to travel up to 40% to partner and customer sites

Comfortable operating in ambiguity: This is a role that requires building structure and playbooks, not just following them.
Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills: with the presence to lead executive workshops and the clarity to write solution architectures partners can execute independently.
