Roles and Responsibility
- Develop and implement comprehensive partner enablement strategies to drive business growth.
- Manage and analyze data to measure the effectiveness of partner programs and make informed decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver training programs for partners.
- Monitor and evaluate partner performance, providing coaching and support as needed.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and procedures within the partner ecosystem.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including partners and internal teams.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in operations management or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling strong collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong project management skills, with experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and technologies, such as Excel, SQL, or Tableau.
