Key Prerequisites for the Role:
Key attributes for the PBM role include:
7+ years of channel sales experience with a strong track record of managing dealers, distributors, and reseller networks.
Hands-on experience in selling OEM Multi-Function Printers (preferably A3), office automation, and IT hardware solutions.
Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to understand customer needs and deliver value-based solutions.
Proven ability to build and nurture long-term relationships with channel partners and key customers.
Customer-centric and commercially driven, with a consistent focus on achieving business objectives.
Self-motivated, adaptable, and capable of working independently in dynamic business environments.
A collaborative team player with a resilient, results-oriented approach to meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Willing to travel
Come from the printing and/or office automation industry.
Have direct experience engaging with end customers and channel partners.
Have handled Government Sales as part of their responsibilities.
Possess a professional presence and strong communication skills suited for a sales-oriented role

Qualification & Experience:
MBA degree in Sales or Marketing from a recognised institute/university.
7-8 years of experience
