About the Role

KaarTech is looking for an Enablement & Partner GTM Manager to help scale and activate its growing global technology partner ecosystem.
The role will focus on converting partnerships into measurable business outcomes by building partner enablement programs, sales plays, joint GTM initiatives, marketing campaigns and internal readiness programs.
The ideal candidate should have strong exposure to technology partnerships, partner programs, GTM, sales enablement and enterprise technology, with the ability to work across Sales, Marketing, Presales, Delivery and Partner teams.

Key Responsibilities
•Develop and execute partner enablement and GTM plans for strategic technology partners.
•Create partner sales kits, playbooks, pitch decks, battlecards, solution briefs and case studies.
•Drive internal enablement of Sales, Presales and Delivery teams on new partnerships and solutions.
•Develop joint GTM campaigns, webinars, workshops, events and customer engagement programs.
•Work with Sales teams to identify and activate partner-led and partner-influenced opportunities.
•Track partner pipeline, campaigns, certifications, customer engagements and revenue contribution.
•Coordinate partner onboarding, certifications, competency programs and marketplace requirements.
•Establish partner performance dashboards and reporting mechanisms.
•Support quarterly/monthly partner reviews and identify actions to improve partner activation.
•Work with Marketing to develop partner-focused content and demand-generation initiatives.
•Identify opportunities to scale successful partner GTM plays across geographies and industries.

Must-Have Skills & Experience
•5–8 years of experience in Partner GTM, Alliances, Channel, Sales Enablement, Strategic Partnerships or Business Development.
•Experience working with technology/OEM/cloud/AI partners.
•Good understanding of Cloud, AI, Data and Enterprise Technology.
•Experience developing GTM plans, sales enablement material and partner programs.
•Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
•Strong presentation and business writing skills.
•Ability to manage multiple partner initiatives simultaneously.
•Strong analytical and project management capabilities.
Preferred
•Experience in an IT services, consulting, SaaS or technology company.
•Exposure to ecosystems such as SAP, Microsoft, AWS, Google Cloud, Salesforce, ServiceNow, Databricks or Snowflake.
•Experience working with global stakeholders.
