We are looking for a relationship-focused Partner Account Manager to manage and grow existing partner accounts. This role will focus on strengthening partner relationships, driving partner engagement, and increasing revenue through strategic account management.

What will you be working on
- Manage and grow relationships with existing partners and merchants.
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned partner accounts.
- Develop joint business plans and growth strategies with partners.
- Drive partner activation, engagement, retention, and revenue growth.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.
- Work closely with product, marketing, and operations teams to support partner success.
- Monitor partner performance and provide regular business reviews.
- Support partners with go-to-market initiatives, campaigns, and lead generation activities.
- Resolve partner issues and ensure a seamless experience.
- Track market trends and provide feedback to internal stakeholders.
Qualifications
- 2-5 years of experience in account management, partnerships, or customer success.
- Prior experience in fintech/payments preferred.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to build long-term business relationships.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Experience handling revenue targets and partner growth metrics.
