Role Description This is a part-time, on-site role at Bajaj Life located in Bhubaneswar. The role involves supporting daily customer-facing and back-office activities related to life insurance products and services. Responsibilities may include assisting customers with policy information and queries, helping with documentation and application processing, coordinating with branch and regional teams, and updating records in internal systems. The position also requires contributing to sales support initiatives, maintaining high service standards, and following company policies and regulatory guidelines. Flexibility to work within branch operating hours and collaborate with diverse team members is expected.
Qualifications

• Ability to understand and explain insurance concepts, product features, and basic financial planning principles.
• Strong customer service skills, including clear communication, active listening, and a professional, empathetic approach.
• Basic proficiency in computer applications (e.g., MS Office, data entry tools) and comfort working with digital platforms and CRM systems.
• Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks, maintain accurate documentation, and meet timelines.
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in a branch environment and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
• Good command of English and local language; strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Prior experience in insurance, banking, or financial services is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Minimum educational qualification: graduate degree or equivalent; relevant certifications in insurance or finance are a plus.
