Part-Time UX & Visual Designer

We're looking for a creative designer to help shape Fortal's digital presence through exceptional website UX and compelling visual content. About Fortal Fortal is building the next generation of work infrastructure. As teams become more distributed and businesses increasingly work with freelancers, agencies, contractors and AI, companies need a better way to collaborate securely across the tools they already use. Fortal is a browser-based workspace that brings collaboration, visibility and security together helping teams work inside their existing SaaS applications without changing the way they work. We're an early-stage startup building an ambitious product and are looking for a designer who can help communicate our vision through world-class digital experiences. About the Role This role is focused on designing a best-in-class website experience and creating engaging visual content that strengthens Fortal's brand across digital channels. You'll work closely with the founder to bring ideas to life from improving website UX to creating social media creatives that clearly communicate complex ideas. What You'll Be Working On

• Designing and improving website pages and user journeys in Figma
• Creating wireframes, layouts and high-fidelity website designs
• Designing LinkedIn posts, digital campaigns and other social media creatives
• Creating landing pages for campaigns and product launches
• Developing illustrations, icons and supporting visual assets where required
• Creating simple animations or motion graphics for the website and social media
• Maintaining a consistent visual identity across all brand touchpoints What We're Looking For
• 4–6 years of experience in UI/UX, Visual Design or Digital Design
• Strong expertise in Figma
• Experience designing modern websites with a strong focus on UX
• Excellent graphic design, layout and typography skills
• Experience creating social media and digital marketing creatives
• Basic illustration and motion design skills are a strong advantage
• Ability to think creatively while maintaining attention to detail
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment Location & Commitment
