Job Summary

This opportunity is being handled by HumanConnect Services for one of our clients, with the role focused on part-time and day-to-day business impact. As Part-time Telecaller, you will handle responsibilities such as planning and executing assigned work, coordinating with relevant stakeholders, maintaining timely follow-ups, updating records or reports, and ensuring a positive experience for customers, clients, students, visitors or partners as applicable. The role is open to candidates with 0-3 years and is based in Remote India / Delhi NCR. HappinessCue may also be involved in selected client and platform assignments where relevant to the requirement. The organisation values clear communication, ownership, professionalism and a willingness to learn. Shortlisted candidates may be asked to complete a brief interaction, task or practical discussion before the final selection.
