- Prioritize design and development activities per schedule.
- Conduct risk and safety assessments for bifuel systems.
- Verify critical characteristics (RSH) per global CNG regulations.
- Validate part designs (2D, 3D, simulations) and assess impact on PWT/vehicle layout.
- Ensure technical convergence across stakeholders.
- Review tolerance stack-up studies before TGA approval.
- Approve architecture RCC rules and manage vehicle stakeholder alignment.
- Support QCT reduction for ASM and Secondary Skills:
- Manage design documents and bifuel CNG design reviews.
- Ensure digital mock-up (packaging) aligns with BOM.
- Validate and archive design documents (SDRM, TOP-RO checklists).
- Develop bifuel CNG design guidelines and validation support.
- Approve supplier design reports for gasoline and CNG.
- Collaborate with plant teams on DFM/DFA and support PFE convergence. Qualifications BE in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering with knowledge of automobile parts Essential skills
