- Design and develop engine parts per guidelines.
- Convert monofuel (gasoline) engines to bifuel (gasoline + CNG).
- Prepare RFQs and review technical proposals for CNG-specific parts.
- Analyze IC engine systems for CNG conversion and recommend OCT for bifuel compatibility.
- Apply knowledge of materials, fuel properties, and their impact on engine performance for mono/bifuel solutions. Secondary skill1. Understand tuning, performance, and electrical systems at vehicle level and their influence on part design.2. Conduct technical meetings with stakeholders to converge proposals into design outputs.3. Initiate and manage ANPQP procedures for first industrialization.4. Apply FTA, risk analysis, and mitigation planning at part/system level.5. Present clear technical proposals with supporting data to management.QualificationsBE in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering with knowledge of automobile parts Essential skills
