Parent Relationship Manager

Role & responsibilities

Counsel the parent for student on admission, convince them to get admission as per the

policies and procedures.

Need to offer solutions to applicant problems and requests regarding admission via

telephone or F2F and in writing.

Review student records, inputs data and generates letters and/or lists utilizing applicant

databases.

Work closely with the Zonal Heads for Schools admission in making admission decisions

for school programs.

Maintain good relationship with parents to understand the parents needs and cater to

their requirements.

Preferred candidate profile

• Graduate in any discipline (Graduation is mandatory).
• Excellent communication skills in English and proficiency in the local language; Hindi is an added advantage.
• Comfortable interacting with children.
• Presentable, confident, and skilled in communicating with and convincing parents.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.
