Location: Kanakapura Road, Bangalore

We have an exciting opportunity for a Parent Relationship Manager (PRM) at our school.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Handle parent enquiries and provide information about the school, admissions, programs, and facilities.
• Follow up with prospective parents through calls and WhatsApp.
• Schedule and coordinate campus visits for prospective parents.
• Assist parents throughout the admission process.
• Address parent queries and provide timely support.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with admission leads.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective and existing parents.
• Achieve admission and lead-conversion targets.
• Maintain and update lead details and follow-up records.
• Coordinate with the school team to ensure a smooth admission experience.

Working Days: Monday to Sunday

Week Off: 1 rotational weekly off
