Parent Relationship Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Generate leads through field visits, cold calling, referrals, networking, and local activities.
• Connect with prospective parents and understand their expectations regarding their child's education.
• Explain the school's curriculum, facilities, programs, and admission process.
• Conduct regular follow-ups through calls, WhatsApp, and face-to-face meetings.
• Arrange and coordinate school visits and counselling sessions.
• Build strong relationships with prospective and existing parents.
• Convert leads into admissions and achieve monthly targets.
• Participate in admission drives, school events, exhibitions, and promotional activities.
• Maintain accurate lead and follow-up records in the CRM/ERP.
• Coordinate with the academic and admissions teams to ensure a smooth admission experience.
• Handle parent queries professionally and provide timely resolutions.

Preferred candidate profile

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 14 years of experience in field sales, business development, admissions, education sales, or relationship management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong convincing, negotiation, and follow-up abilities.
• Comfortable with field work and local travel.
• Target-oriented, energetic, and self-motivated.
• Experience in education/EdTech, real estate, banking, insurance, or FMCG sales will be an advantage.
