Parent Relation Executive

Position Summary:

• The Parent Relation Executive will be the first point of contact for parents, understanding their preschool and daycare requirements, providing information, and guiding them to the most suitable centre.

  Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the first contact for parents, understanding their preschool and daycare needs.
  • Counsel parents over calls regarding fees, curriculum, facilities, and unique selling
    points (USPs).
  • Recommend and allocate the centre closest and most suitable to the parentu2019s location.
  • Maintain detailed records of parent inquiries and follow up as required.
  • Coordinate with centre heads for visit scheduling and admissions process.
  • Ensure a positive and informative experience for parents from the first interaction.

    Skills and Qualifications:

    • Graduate in any discipline.
    • 1u20133 years of experience in counselling, customer service, or educational admissions
      (preferred).
    • Excellent communication and listening skills.
    • Strong understanding of preschool/daycare services is an advantage.
    • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. "
