Role - Paraplanning Administrator
Job description -
- Manage daily communication with Australian financial advisers and clients, ensuring clear updates and smooth workflow coordination.
- Prepare and assist in drafting Statements of Advice (SOA) and Records of Advice (ROA) across investment, superannuation, and insurance recommendations.
- Conduct policy reviews, insurance needs analysis, and data gathering for insurance.
- Handle detailed email communication, data entry, and documentation for client files and advice reports.
- Perform a wide range of administrative tasks, including maintaining client records, updating financial information, and organizing workflow.
- Consistently deliver all assigned tasks within strict timelines and client deadlines, ensuring high-quality and compliant outputs.
