Paraplanner

• Conduct research and analysis on financial products, investment options, pensions, insurance, and tax-efficient strategies
• Prepare comprehensive financial plans, suitability reports, and recommendation documents for Financial Advisors
• Perform cash flow modelling and financial projections using financial planning software
• Gather, verify, and organize client financial information, including risk profiles, financial goals, income, assets, liabilities, and existing portfolios
• Liaise with product providers to obtain quotations, policy illustrations, and relevant product information
• Ensure all financial recommendations comply with applicable regulatory requirements and internal compliance standards
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records within the CRM system
• Support Financial Advisors in preparing for client meetings, annual reviews, and portfolio discussions
• Stay updated on market developments, regulatory changes, and new financial products
• Assist in implementing approved financial plans and managing related administrative processes

Skills:

• Strong understanding of mutual funds, insurance, taxation, retirement planning, and investment products
• Excellent analytical, numerical, and financial report-writing skills
• High attention to detail with strong organizational and documentation abilities
• Ability to manage multiple client cases while meeting deadlines
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial planning/CRM software is preferred
