Responsibilities

• 1. Manage and maintain global contract records and databases.
• 2. Monitor the complete contract lifecycle, including renewals, terminations, and new contracts.
• 3. Support the Global Legal Team, General Manager Legal, and Senior Paralegal with contract-related information.
• 4. Maintain contract repositories in internal record management tools and Luminance.
• 5. Ensure accuracy and integrity of contract records across global databases.
• 6. Respond to contract-related queries from internal stakeholders.
• 7. Assist in streamlining contract documentation and legal processes.
• 8. Collaborate with global operations teams to improve records management.
• 9. Perform additional administrative and legal support activities as required.

Must Have Skills

• 1. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• 2. Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• 3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• 4. Experience working with SharePoint, ShareDrive, or database management systems.

Good to Have Skills

• 1. Knowledge of Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM).
• 2. Exposure to Legal Operations or Records Management.
• 3. Familiarity with Luminance or similar contract management platforms.
