The opportunity:

As a Pantry Assistant & Barista, you will be the heart of our service operations, ensuring our pantry runs seamlessly while delivering an exceptional coffee experience for our clients. You will be instrumental in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and efficiency, while

also bringing barista-level expertise to our beverage offerings. This role is ideal for an organized, proactive individual who thrives in a collaborative environment and takes pride in

crafting premium beverages that brighten our clients' workdays.

Roles and responsibilities:

As we are a growing company, the tasks outlined here are not limited to and will constantly evolve based on your capabilities and the business needs:

• Client Interaction & Service Excellence

Attend client calls, proactively understand requirements, and deliver services with exceptional quality and within the agreed TAT.

Provide comprehensive assistance during client events, including meticulous set-up, seamless F&B services, and expert coordination.

• Pantry Operations & Cleanliness

Handle Our pantry operations effectively.

Ensure the pantry area is clean, organized, and maintained at all times.

Ensure timely clearance of the center and compliance with hygiene standards.

Work closely with housekeeping and pantry support staff for smooth

operations. Oversee the work and schedules of pantry support and third-party pantry assistants.

• Barista & Beverage Crafting

Prepare and serve a diverse range of high-quality coffee and specialty

beverages with precision and consistent flavor.

Maintain deep knowledge of coffee blends, brewing methods, and milk

texturing techniques.

Ensure the coffee station remains pristine, organized, and fully stocked at all times.

Regularly calibrate and perform preventative maintenance on coffee machines and grinding equipment.

• Inventory & Equipment Management

Oversee inventory for both coffee supplies (beans, syrups, dairy, etc.) and general pantry items.

Track usage, monitor expiration dates, and process restocking orders in a timely manner.

Monitor facility equipment (coffee machines, HVAC, etc.) and coordinate with the Operations Team regarding maintenance schedules and service requirements.

Collaborate with other team members of various departments to ensure the timely resolution of support requests.

Escalate complex or unresolved issues to Sr. Operations Manager or

Community Manager, as appropriate.

Maintain clear, professional, and prompt communication with both internal teams and external clients.

Keep Asana updated with accurate task status, comments, due dates, and assignments. Use Slack for prompt communication and updates.

Attend internal meetings as and when requested and scheduled.

Who are we looking for?

• Requirements :

Educational Qualification HSC / Graduate

Experience - 5-7 years of experience in a Barista/F&B/Pantry Support role

Hands-on experience in coffee making, either by curating a new menu or following existing SOPs

Attention to detail and focus on cleanliness and hygiene standards

Preferred but not mandatory:

Co-working space/real estate/hospitality industry experience

Experience in delivering exceptional service with a focus on guest satisfaction

Ability to establish and nurture relationships with clients, colleagues, and support staff

Basic knowledge of inventory tracking

Experience in curating coffee menu
