Role Description:

The Product Marketing Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad. This role is responsible for developing and executing product marketing strategies that drive user acquisition, engagement, and revenue across wellness and astrology offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conducting market and competitor analysis

- Defining customer segments and value propositions

- Shaping go-to-market plans for new and existing products

- Collaborating closely with product management, sales, content, and digital marketing teams to create positioning, messaging, and campaigns

- Tracking performance using data-driven insights

- Preparing sales enablement materials and monitoring product performance

Qualifications:

- Candidates should possess skills in Market Research to analyze customer needs, industry trends, and competitor offerings.

- Candidates should possess skills in Go-to-Market Strategy and Product Marketing to define positioning, messaging, and launch plans.

- Candidates should possess skills in Product Management to collaborate on feature prioritization, roadmaps, and user experience improvements.

- Candidates should possess skills in Sales collaboration to support revenue growth through enablement materials and feedback loops.

- Strong analytical skills with experience using data and metrics to inform decisions and measure campaign effectiveness.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into clear, customer-focused messages.

- Proven experience in product marketing, growth marketing, or related roles in digital or consumer-facing businesses; wellness or astrology experience is a plus.

- Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

- Ability to work cross-functionally, manage multiple projects, and deliver on deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
