y s Role: PAM BT L3 Engineer Required Technical Skill Set: BeyondTrust Password Safe On Prem, PAM concepts, Powershell (or other any scripting) No of Requirements: 2 Desired Experience Range: 7+ years (5+ in PAM BT) Location of Requirement: India Desired Competencies

Must-Have: 1. Strong understanding of Privileged Access Management (PAM) concepts. 2. Deep expertise in design, architecture, and deployment of BeyondTrust Password Safe PAM Infrastructure (On-Premise). 3. Knowledge of Active Directory, LDAP domians and Windows/Linux/DB platforms 4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills 5. BeyondTrust certifications such as BCIE etc. 6. Good Communication skill (oral and written). Ability to interact with BT vendor

Good-to-Have 1. Scripting knowledge (any one of Powershell /NodeJs / AutoIT / REST API) 2. Networking basics (DNS, TCP/IP, firewalls)

Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role 1. Perform installation, configuration of BeyondTrust Password Safe solution 2. Performing maintenance tasks such as Appliance Security updates, BeyondInsight / Appliance Management version upgrade, applying hotfixes etc. 3. Onboard Privileged accounts and assets (Windows, Linux, Applications) in BeyondTrust Password Safe. 4. Creation of Smart Rules, Address groups, Directory Queries as part of onboarding 5. Integrate BeyondTrust Password Safe with enterprise systems (Active Directory, LDAP, SIEM, SSO, ServiceNow tools) 6. Automate administrative tasks using scripting 7. Generate report for PAM related KPIs/Metrics 8. Document architecture, processes, and operational runbooks 9. Support in external mandatory Audits (SOX, SOC2 etc) 10. Interact with clients and manage daily operations confidently. 11. Provide support and troubleshoot end user issues 12. Monitor health of PAM environment and setup automated alerting/monitoring capabilities 13. Ability to work in rotational shift as per coverage requirements 14. Ability to work on weekends for planned activities, as per shift roster, emergencies 15. Ability to perform 24x7 on-call support (weekday and weekend) for critical activities
