Painting Sales Lead

We are looking for a Painting Sales Lead who can own the customer journey from lead allocation to payment closure and drive sales for our Painting Business.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and follow up on assigned painting leads
• Understand customer requirements and painting scope
• Coordinate customer inspections and quotations
• Explain quotations and handle customer objections
• Drive follow-ups and convert opportunities into confirmed orders
• Handle high-value customer opportunities
• Drive payment-link generation and payment closure
• Coordinate with FRM, Operations and Painting Partners
• Maintain accurate CRM / tracker updates
• Track pipeline and follow-up activities
• Identify and address reasons for non-conversion

What Were Looking For Must Have:

• 1–4 years of experience in B2C / Inside Sales / Field Sales / Home Services
• Strong customer handling and negotiation skills
• Excellent follow-up and conversion ability
• Target-oriented and self-driven
• Good communication in Tamil & English
• Comfortable using Excel / Google Sheets / CRM Preferred:
• Experience in Painting / Home Services / Interiors / Construction / Real Estate/ E-commerce
• Experience handling high-value customers
• Experience with quotations and customer negotiations
• Two-wheeler and willingness to travel within Chennai
