Painting Incharge

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, and supervise all painting activities of the plant.
• Have an experience in shade matching, Viscosity and DFT in paint shop
• Candidates preferably from sheet metal industry.
• Assign work schedules and monitor daily tasks as per container plan.
• Inspect surfaces and ensure proper preparation, coating, and finishing according to specifications.
• Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental standards during all painting operations.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and clients to understand requirements and provide updates.
• Manage inventory of paints, coatings, tools, and equipment; raise requisitions as needed.
• Train and guide painting staff in techniques, use of equipment, and quality standards.
• Conduct quality control checks and approve completed work before handover.
• Maintain records of projects, costs, materials used, and manpower allocation.
• Address and resolve technical issues, defects, or complaints related to painting works.
• Experience in solvent and water base is an added advantage.
