• Perform painting and coating operations on industrial equipment, machinery, and surfaces using various types of paints, coatings, powder coatings, and surface treatments.
  
• Ensure high-quality workmanship by following safety protocols, adhering to company standards, and meeting production deadlines.
  
• Conduct quality control checks to ensure compliance with specifications and industry regulations.
  
• Collaborate with other teams to identify areas for improvement in processes and implement changes as needed.
  
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, including materials used, labor hours, and defects encountered.
