Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage daily operations of the paint shop, ensuring efficient use of resources and meeting quality standards.
• Oversee manpower handling, training, and development to improve productivity and morale.
• Coordinate with other departments to resolve issues related to painting process, materials, or equipment maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean working environment.

Job Requirements :

• 8-12 years of experience in the automobile industry, preferably in a paint shop production role.
• Strong documentation skills for maintaining records and reports on production processes.
• Excellent problem-solving skills for resolving technical issues related to ceramics, paints, or equipment malfunctions.
