Job Description:

• Responsible in validating the Throughput, Bottlenecks and Just in time (JIT) inventory replenishment strategy for various assembly lines of global leading heavy equipment manufacturer
• Possess core experience in project execution and technical support for Layout Design, Validation and Line Balancing of multiple assembly lines
• Possess core experience in project execution and technical support for mechanical domain using high-end engineering simulation software which involves validation of Layout and material handling process, Material requirements Planning, Cost reduction, computing virtual output of plant design and hence its optimization.
• Responsible for Simulating both Bottle line Greenfield & Brownfield project and validating the Layout.
• Experience in Emulation for validating the PLC program and sensor positions on the conveyor for Automobile Company
• Should Have Experience in 2D Layout design, finding out relationship in the Layout through SLP, Spaghetti techniques and responsible for effective space utilization.
• Experience in 3D layout design with the help of Laser scanning for Automobile Major OEM
• Responsible for 3D Design of Equipment in the Plant and 3D Layout for Major OEM

Technical Requirement:

• Should Worked in Automobile OEM in Plant Layout for BIW/GA /Paint Lines
• New Model End to End at least one cycle
• Plant Simulation Software Programming/Simulation
