Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Billing Analyst role based in Mumbai. The Billing Analyst will manage end-to-end billing processes, including generating invoices, verifying billing data accuracy, reconciling accounts, and ensuring timely collections. The role involves working with billing systems to track transactions, identify discrepancies, and support month-end and year-end closing activities. The Billing Analyst will collaborate with finance, operations, and customer support teams to resolve billing issues, respond to inquiries, and maintain clear documentation. The individual will also analyze billing trends, prepare reports, and recommend process improvements that enhance efficiency and compliance with internal policies.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Billing Process knowledge and hands-on experience with Billing Systems.
• Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify variances, and support reporting.
• Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for working with cross-functional teams and customers.
• Candidates should possess foundational Finance skills, including understanding of invoicing, reconciliation, and basic accounting concepts.
• Relevant bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field preferred.
• Prior experience in billing, accounts receivable, or financial operations in a technology or services environment is beneficial.
• Proficiency in spreadsheet tools and billing or ERP software, with strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work on-site in Mumbai, manage multiple priorities, and maintain high levels of accuracy and integrity.
