Role & Responsibilities:
1. Lead high-impact performance campaigns and drive measurable growth?
2. Results-driven Paid Media Manager to take ownership of end-to-end paid media strategies and mentor a growing team.
Candiate Eligibility:
Channel Expertise: Proven track record in executing and scaling high-ROI campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads.
Budget Management: Demonstrated experience handling monthly ad spends of 510 Lakhs per single account.
Leadership: Experience managing, training, and mentoring a team of at least 3 performance marketers.
Client Handling: Proven ability to independently interface with clients, lead strategy presentations, and drive optimization.
Gender Preference: Male candidate required.
Location Criteria: Must be based in Mumbai or actively relocating to Mumbai. (Candidates seeking hybrid arrangements or travel-from-Pune options will not be considered).
Availability: Immediate joiners preferred; notice period strictly under 30 days.
Salary & Perks:
CTC: 710 LPA (85% Fixed + 15% Variable)
