Role Description The Billing Analyst – Night Shift is a full-time, on-site role based in Thane. This role is responsible for managing end-to-end billing processes, including generating invoices, verifying billing data, and ensuring accuracy and timely completion of daily billing activities. The Billing Analyst will monitor billing systems, reconcile discrepancies, and collaborate with finance and operations teams to resolve issues. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing billing trends, preparing reports, supporting month-end closing activities, and maintaining compliance with internal policies and relevant regulations. The role also involves communicating with internal stakeholders to clarify billing queries and contributing to process improvements for greater efficiency.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Billing Process knowledge and hands-on experience with Billing Systems.
• Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to review data, identify discrepancies, and generate accurate billing reports.
• Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams and resolving billing queries.
• Candidates should possess foundational Finance knowledge, including basic accounting principles and familiarity with invoicing and reconciliations.
• Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field are preferred.
• Prior experience in billing, accounts receivable, or a similar analytical role, ideally in a technology or services environment, is beneficial.
• Strong attention to detail, proficiency in Excel or similar spreadsheet tools, and the ability to work effectively in a night shift are important.
