Role & Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day NABH operational activities across hospital departments.
• Assist in process tracking, documentation, data management, and compliance monitoring.
• Coordinate with teams to ensure timely completion of NABH requirements and action points.
• Support audits, reports, checklists, and process improvement initiatives.
• Assist the NABH team in maintaining operational records and ensuring smooth execution of activities.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Masters pursuing/completed in Hospital/Healthcare Management, Public Health, or a related field.
• Strong coordination, communication, and organizational skills.
• Detail-oriented with an interest in hospital operations and quality processes.
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
• Proactive, adaptable, and keen to gain hands-on exposure to healthcare operations and NABH processes.
