Paid Ads Specialist-Amazon, Meta & Google

Role & responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Amazon Ads, Meta Ads, and Google Ads.
• Manage Amazon Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display campaigns.
• Run Meta Ads campaigns, including conversion campaigns, retargeting, catalog ads, and audience optimization.
• Manage Google Search, Shopping, and Performance Max campaigns.
• Monitor and optimize ROAS, ACOS, TACOS, CAC, CTR, CPC, and conversion rates.
• Develop strategies to increase website traffic, marketplace sales, customer acquisition, and revenue.
• Conduct A/B testing of ad creatives, audiences, keywords, and landing pages.
• Manage campaign budgets and improve advertising efficiency and profitability.
• Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics 4, Shopify analytics, Amazon Seller Central, and advertising dashboards.
• Coordinate with creative and e-commerce teams to develop high-performing ad campaigns.

Preferred candidate profile

• 2-5 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing.
• Mandatory expertise in Amazon Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Ads.
• Prior experience in E-commerce, D2C, online retail, or consumer product brands.
• Strong understanding of Amazon PPC, Google Shopping, Performance Max, Meta conversion campaigns, and retargeting.
• Experience with Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, Google Merchant Center, and GA4.
• Strong analytical skills with proven experience in campaign optimization, budget management, and revenue growth.
• Ability to analyze advertising metrics and improve ROAS while controlling acquisition costs.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Candidates currently working with e-commerce brands, D2C companies, online retailers, or digital marketing agencies handling e-commerce accounts will be preferred.
