About the Role

We are looking for a performance-driven Paid Ads Manager to manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns across Google and Meta, with a strong focus on lead generation and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, create, launch, and manage Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
• Manage lead-generation campaigns for healthcare and aesthetic services.
• Conduct keyword, audience, competitor, and market research.
• Develop campaign strategies based on business objectives and target audiences.
• Monitor and optimize CPL, conversion rate, lead quality, ROAS, and campaign performance.
• Manage and optimize daily/monthly advertising budgets.
• Test different ad copies, creatives, audiences, campaign objectives, and landing pages.
• Coordinate with the creative team for ad banners, videos, reels, and other campaign assets.
• Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven optimization decisions.
• Set up and monitor conversion tracking, Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager, and relevant events.
• Analyze lead quality and coordinate with the sales team to improve campaign performance.
• Conduct regular campaign audits and identify opportunities for scaling.
• Prepare weekly and monthly paid advertising performance reports.
• Stay updated with changes in Google Ads, Meta Ads, targeting options, policies, and advertising trends.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of hands-on experience in Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Strong understanding of lead-generation and performance marketing.
• Experience managing advertising budgets and optimizing campaigns based on performance.
• Good knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Business Suite/Ads Manager, and conversion tracking.
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
• Experience in healthcare, aesthetics, clinics, hospitals, or other lead-generation businesses will be an added advantage.
• Ability to work with targets and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
