Role & responsibilities

Inventory Control

• To undertake trouble shooting of technical problems on the conveyor.

Documentation & Reporting

• To implement the packing plan
• To maintain quality norms and process control.

Manpower Handling

• To manage a diverse workforce and especially extract work from the contractual workforce.
• To multi-skilled workmen at the conveyor. To multi-skilled workmen at the conveyor.

Production planning

• He will be responsible for handling the conveyor independently.
• To achieve a daily packing plan.

• To check the quality of the packing material being used.

• To ensure that in one c/ns slippers are packed as per the standard assortment.
• To check and ensure that final c/ns are packed with proper patti, staple tape and marking outside.
