Roles and Responsibilities

• Ensure efficient packaging operations by managing inventory, procurement, and material usage.
  
• Oversee packaging activities to meet production targets and quality standards.
  
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for smooth execution of packaging processes.
  
• Monitor and control packaging costs, including material expenses and labor efficiency.
  
• Develop strategies to improve packaging performance, reduce waste, and increase productivity.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-6 years of experience in packaging operations or related field (FMCG industry preferred).
  
• Strong understanding of packaging materials, procurement procedures, and regulations.
  
• Excellent communication skills for effective coordination with team members and stakeholders.
  
• Ability to analyze data to optimize packaging processes and reduce costs.
