Packing And Dispatch Supervisor

Role & responsibilities

• Supervise daily packing operations and achieve planned production/dispatch targets.
• Ensure correct packaging, labelling, quantity, and product identification.
• Monitor packing quality and minimize material damage and wastage.
• Coordinate with production and quality departments for finished goods clearance.
• Plan dispatches according to customer orders and delivery schedules.
• Monitor production process, verify dispatch quantities and check required documents before shipment.
• Manage manpower, loading/unloading activities, related documentation and workplace safety.

Preferred candidate profile

The candidate should preferably be a male, less than 45 years of age with own vehicle. He should be good at managing people and processes so that productivity improves. He should be capable of ensuring that targets and timelines are met as per schedule.
